Effective 2026-08-03

The public Wallet Rent Map sends the Solana address you enter to GetSolBack's API in a POST body solely to produce the requested mainnet scan. The scan route does not create a user record, quote, or transaction record.

For abuse prevention, the API derives a one-way network identifier and stores fixed-window request counters. The application does not store the raw IP address in those records. Operational rate-limit records are retained for no more than seven days.

Optional first-party product analytics are disabled until you explicitly accept them. If accepted, GetSolBack records only a short-lived hashed session, a bounded funnel event, action type, account-count bucket, client version, and a human/automation classification. It does not send the complete wallet address with these events or store the raw IP or user-agent string. These events are deleted after 30 days. Aggregate page-view analytics may also be collected via Google Analytics and Umami. A public scan does not connect a wallet, request a signature, or place the scanned address in the URL. Cloudflare and the Solana RPC provider still process ordinary network metadata needed to deliver the service.

If you choose the connected-wallet transaction flow, the API stores the public wallet address, selected public token-account addresses, an expiring quote and its fee calculation, the transaction signature, verification status, and an account-level verification summary. This data is used to construct and verify the requested transaction, prevent duplicate submission or charging, provide recovery status, and audit safety or accounting incidents. GetSolBack does not receive or store your private key or seed phrase.

Solana addresses and transaction signatures are public blockchain data and cannot be removed from Solana. Off-chain quote and verified transaction records currently have no automatic deletion schedule; they are retained for verification, recovery, duplicate prevention, and audit purposes. Privacy or deletion requests for off-chain data can be sent through the official GetSolBack X link on the home page and will be evaluated against those operational and legal requirements.

The home page may display up to 20 recent transactions that passed GetSolBack's on-chain verification. Wallet addresses and transaction signatures are shortened in the visible list. The shortened transaction link opens the complete public signature on Solscan. Failed, pending, rejected, and unverified client-submitted records are not displayed.
